Expensive (Whole Wheat crust has honey) - Edit
We ordered the small Panhandler with vegan cheese(extra charge applied) for $28. It’s not what I would call deep dish. It’s thick dough with a thin layer of sauce, cheeze and toppings. It was flavorful, but nothing special or memorable. I feel it’s expensive because it’s basic, nothing specials. Small is 4 slices.

Deep Dish Delicious - Edit
This place is a hidden gem! I feel like good vegan pizza is hard to get right but Panhandler’s put the time and energy into making this menu item exceptional. The Beyond sausage and cashew cheese combo is delicious, the sauce is really tasty and the deep dish crust was my favorite part. It’s on the pricier side but it’s worth it. They pretty much only have one vegan option (the Planthandler pizza with vegan cheese) but I am not complaining, I am glad they have such a good option available at all. I am also assuming you could customize one with veggies and vegan cheese. All in all, this was a big hit with me and I’ll definitely be back.

Great homey, filling vegan pizza! - Edit
Big FAT deep dish pizzas! These are really homey - like, if you (were good at making homemade pizzas) and could make a Pizza Hut deep dish that was actually good. The crust isn't greasy, it's just nice and fluffy. The sauce has this homey feeling to it, and they sauce these pizzas up good. I'm fairly sure the cashew cheese is Miyoko's, which is amazing (why aren't more places using this?). And the Beyond sausage option means you get a bit of heft and aren't left hungry. Ordered the Plant Handler and subbed in cashew cheese for the mozz and loved it.
Read moreTip: Their online ordering system is not robust. You can't add cashew cheese to the Plant Handler, or add Beyond sausage to a BYO pizza. Just call in your order, instead.
