Moved location? Either way - make the trip!

The best drink I’ve had in Taiwan! Get one with nut cream and enjoy your meal because it’s so filling! Really delicious. Only downside is too much choice! ;)

Note: I think this location marking is wrong (03.03.2026). Check Google Maps for NUTTEA, address: no. 30, Changchun Street, West District, Taichung.

Very good

On the third floor, the stall has moved since last year so you might need to look around a bit. Vegan nut cream is really good, highly recommend the Americano with cream.

The answer to milk tea

Point of clarification: Nuttea does NOT offer bubble tea. The word "bubble" refers to tapioca pearls added to the tea, and they have nothing of the sort. So if you're looking for vegan bubble tea, this is not the place. (Check out TP Tea or Hanlin Tea Room instead.)

I was so excited when I saw that they sell their own blend of nut milk in one-liter bottles (NT$399), but I was not happy when I got home and saw that one of the main ingredients in their milk is air! About a fourth of the bottle was empty by the time I got home and the milk had time to settle. At least the Taichung mayor handed out bottles of air for free: I had to pay NT$100 for it! Will not buy this again. 🤬

Previous review on 2019-04-25:
Taiwanese hand-shaken drink shops are ubiquitous, but Nuttea is the only one I’ve encountered that offers nut milk tea. And they’re as rich and creamy as the dairy version but even better! The price point is not that far off from a dairy milk tea shop either. Bring your own cup to save NT$5 and a disposable one from being used. Bonus for bringing your own spoon to scoop the cream cap instead of taking a plastic mini-shovel from them!

favorite taiwanese milk tea

Taiwanese beverages have always been a favourite among Hong Kongers. But in fact most of them contain artificial creamer, milk powder and cow milk... feeling really happy to have NUTTEA which satisfy my desire towards to Taiwanese Bubble Milk Tea as a vegan~

Must try vegan friendly bubble tea!

A small cute bubble tea stall in 第六市场 (Taichung Sixth Market) on the third floor of a mall (Splendor I think?). Didn't get to go to their Da An store in Taipei so tried it here but sadly they didn't have crepes at this outlet. Had the matcha nut mylk tea with cream. Their nut cream is a must try! 😋
