Several vegan or veganizable options - Edit
Nozawa is an exceptionally friendly place with cheerful and attentive service. The menu is mostly fish, of course, and I t seems they don't get too many vegan guests, but they do have a few vegan options and they were happily willing to customize dishes to provide more choices.
Note that they offer Thai dishes as well as Japanese.
There's ample free parking in the strip mall lot.

A Great Option for Veg Lovers - Edit
I enjoyed two delicious meals at Nozawa in Avon, Broccoli Tofu Stir Fry and Udon Stir Fry with Tofu. I also had the Cucumber-Avocado sushi and edamame. Nozawa is a busy, popular restaurant with great veg options in a meat centric area. The waiters were happy to accomodate vegans.
