Great Vegan Food and Friendly Staff - Edit
This was a great dinner with a friendly staff. We had the Curry Hot Pot which was really good. The booth at the back of the restaurant is perfect for a family with kids because you are away from other diners.

Entire menu can be vegan! - Edit
Really good spot with a great vibe. Has bar seating as well as tables with a great interior. Really interesting and inventive menus for both brunch, dinner and drinks. Restaurant is entirely vegetarian but every option can be modified to be vegan.

So yummy, so fresh! - Edit
A vibey place with delicious, fresh food. We got the cucumber salad with avocado and a nourishing bowl, with a pistachio croissant for dessert. The quality of the food and the flavour is perfect. It was exactly what I wanted in this meal. Only downside is the price. $3.33 for half an avocado seems steep to me. And $17 for a poutine also seems like a lot. Our meal costed $53.42 pre-tip. But I guess that’s on par for Banff restaurants?

Nutella Dream 🍫✨ - Edit
Pretty good food overall, but the Nutella cheesecake was to die for — you absolutely have to try it! The salad and ravioli were also really good and flavorful. Cozy spot with creative dishes — definitely worth a visit if you’re in Banff.

Good option for a crowd of mixed eaters - Edit
We went with a large group, some of whom were skeptical about eating vegan. Most people got the Boss Burger and raved about it. They also said the poutine was even better than they had at other non-veg places. I had the kimchi burger and it was delicious!! Definitely upgrade the fries to poutine it's worth it. The portions were good. Service was a little slow but friendly. The only thing that was just "ok" was the gnocchi, maybe skip that. But definitely recommend a visit if you're visiting Banff.

Incredible food - Edit
I have no words for how yummy the food was here. We sat outside in the sunshine, the service was great… as was the cocktail menu. Although it’s a vegan/vegetarian menu, most things on there can be made vegan. My husband and I both had the mushroom ravioli, but mine was vegan, and he said mine tasted better due to the seasoning/flavours 👏🏼👏🏼 100% recommend.

Wonderful Find in Banff - Edit
We had a delicious brunch at Nourish Bistro! It is vegetarian so if you’re dining with non-vegans, they can get their eggs and cheese. I had a chickpea omelette with vegan cheese, mushrooms, and vegan sausage with a side salad. It was superb. Highly recommended.

Excellent Vegan Dinner - Edit
Creative options; almost everything was or could be made vegan. We were told Nourish was the only vegetarian restaurant in town.
Read moreI’ve always wanted to try poutine & was pleased to find a vegan version—it was great! My husband enjoyed his vegan Mac & cheese dish. He added a side of tofu that was not very favorable but a decent way to add a protein to an otherwise protein-lacking meal.
Also, it was great to have so many dessert options (5 or 6). We shared the dark chocolate cup w/raspberry filling & felt thoroughly indulged.
Pros: Good food & coctails, Creative food, ALL vegetarian

Brilliant vegetarian place where almost every option can be vegan - Edit
A lovely restaurant with outdoor patio seating in the better weather. Almost every item on the menu could be made vegan, such as replacing eggs with their vegan chickpea eggs and cheese with their vegan queso sauce.
Read moreWe tried the exotic wild mushroom ravioli, the Boss Bear burger, and the King Kong noodles with tofu. The ravioli had a beautiful creamy sauce and tasted amazing. The burger was very nice and the king kong noodles were delicious if a bit spicy. For dessert, we squeezed in a strawberry cheesecake, Nutella cheesecake and raspberry chocolate cup - the cheesecakes were less creamy than your usual cheesecake with their cashew base, but we enjoyed nonetheless.
We also went again for brunch and tried the jungle pancakes, chickpea omelette, an aloo paratha, a purple haze and mango django smoothie. The pancakes were delicious and filling. The chickpea omelette was nice if a bit dry, but the addition of vegan queso was very nice. The aloo paratha was a good and unique option with a yummy minty sauce. And the smoothies were full of flavour.
A highly recommended spot, with super friendly service and delicious food.

Excellent food with great service - Edit
It is such a joy having so many choices at a restaurant. We are used to having 2 or 3 things to pick between that are vegan and GF. Almost the whole menu at Nourish can be made vegan and GF on request. The items we tried were delicious, and all the servers (we had 3 because they work as a team) were friendly. They also did a great job of watching where we were in our meal and bringing the next course only when we were done with what we had at the table.

Excellent vegan food - Edit
This is a lacto-ovo-vegetarian restaurant with predominantly vegan dishes. I had falafel salad and broccoli soup. Both were outstanding. The portions are large. So, one of these would have sufficed. The prices are quite high.

Truly Nourished - Edit
This restaurant is absolutely exceptional. Coming from the perspective of a tourist from a town without great vegan options, I think: the prices - reasonable, the presentation and taste - phenomenal, the atmosphere - warm and authentic. We had the tempura broccoli, mushroom ravioli, ramen, nutella & strawberry cheesecakes, ice cream, and don't even get me started on their cocktail/mocktail menu - they even label if their DRINKS are vegan friendly (swoon). I went back to grab-and-go a tofu pie for lunch and omg?? How do I live my life without it?? Whether you sit in or out, dine in or out, the staff and ambiance is inviting and friendly. Great service, no notes.

Fabulous meal - Edit
Myself and a friend had dinner there last night and it was fabulous! Friendly, helpful staff and the food was delicious. I had the nourish bowl with marinated tofu, huge portion and the leftovers will be my lunch today. My friend had the wild mushroom ravioli and thourghly enjoyed it. A little expensive but well worth it.
