Beautiful vegan options - Edit
They have lots of vegan options here. For a casual strip mall place I was amazed at the plating presentation and care put into the food and bubble tea. That and the friendly service makes the slightly premium price worth it to me.

The vegan options were clearly labeled. We had the spring rolls, vegan vermicelli salad, and vegan Banh Mi. Everything we tried was very tasty and we would make the trip again just for the food here. I especially loved the curried tofu skin in the spring rolls and Banh Mi.

This was my first-time eating Pho noodle soup, so I have no comparison. If this is what all Pho noodle soup tastes like, then I’m hooked. The ingredients were prepared in such a way as to somehow elevate the taste beyond a simple vegetable & broth combination, which is what the Northern version is supposed to taste like (as per the poster on the wall). I found there was a complexity that became increasingly evident the farther down in the bowl I got.
VEGAN FRESH SPRING ROLLS REVIEW
Cucumbers, sweet bell peppers, carrots & vermicelli noodles wrapped in rice paper, served hot. It came with a savory fried shallot peanut sauce, which I’ve never encountered before in other Vietnamese/Asian restaurants; it was a welcomed diversion away from sweet & source sauce or soy sauce that is usually offered.
