More vegan options than I thought - Edit
I didn't have high hopes coming here I initially after reading one of the prior reviews mentioning limited vegan options in the cafe, but I was pleasantly surprised. It looks like they've added more choices since then. I got a vegan apple chickpea wrap which was great. They also had two different kinds of baked and seasoned tofu, lots of vegan sides (like potato salad and noodles), plus vegan chocolate pudding with whipped cream and a vegan vanilla with coconut. I totally would've gotten the pudding if I wasn't full already as it looked really good. It looks like there's a salad bar and some hot food but it wasn't open.

Pros: Strong variety in the cafe, Had some unfamilar, unique items
Cons: Wish they had more vegan desserts, Wish the hot bar was open

Great prices & selection - Edit
Tons of fresh, local & organic produce. There are plentiful vegan options throughout the store, including at the hot bar & juice/smoothie bar.

Rare vegan finds - Edit
Good variety of vegan options in the store. They offer hot, cold and to go items. The Vegan Mac and cheese, vegan cinnamon rolls and vegan moka chips muffins from the deli area are amazing! Definitely check out their vegan store offerings. There are a lot of rare vegan finds you can't get anywhere else.
Read more**update 2024** The deli doesn't offer many vegan items anymore. I haven't seen the vegan mac and cheese, the vegan moka chip muffins, the tofu or goddess sandwiches or other bakery items in a long time. They do have a vegan breakfast burrito almost daily but it's too spicy for my 2 year old and myself. There is a vegan chocolate pudding that is pretty good. And there was an orange vegan cookie that was delicious but only saw it one time. I miss the old deli before the remodel when they had several vegan sandwiches and desserts available daily.

Love this place! - Edit
This place made it possible for me to get the special ingredients that enhance vegan dishes that you cannot find at your typical Walmart. Their remodel looks amazing, and I am so thankful for this place. Not only do they have a great food selection and wonderful hot soups, but they offer a lot of non toxic cosmetic items as well. I highly recommend going here if you are in the Winona area.

Nice to have a co-op in this area! - Edit
I visit Winona yearly to visit my family. It's always great to be able to find many of the vegan, organic products that I can find easily in the Bay Area. Winona doesn't have too many options for vegans, so I appreciate the Co-op! This is often one of my first stops when I get to town!
