ich war bisher 2 mal dort frühstücken und das personal war immer richtig nett. die zutaten sind sehr frisch und es sieht auch alles sehr toll aus, leider ist es ein wenig teuer und beide male die ich da war, war leider das ausverkauft, was ich eigentlich haben wollte. das ist aber natürlich nicht weiter schlimm. beim frühstück gibt sehr viel auswahl an süßen speisen, leider nicht ganz so viel salziges/herzhaftes. ich hatte das bauernbrot mit gemüse und das war auf jeden fall lecker! : )

Ich hatte hier einmalig ein Porridge, das mir nicht so gut geschmeckt, ansonsten war das Frühstück hier immer sehr lecker. Das Brot und die Pancakes kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Das Menü des Restaurants ist bis auf Honig komplett vegan. Milch für den Kaffee gibt es außerdem, alles Andere ist pflanzlich.

Das Restaurant ist zuckerfrei. Es gibt zuckerfreien Rohkostkuchen, der mit Dattelsüße gesüßt wurde.
Die Qualität ist super, das Personal ist sehr nett.

Amazing "real food" - Edit
Unique place in Bremen. They offer plant based, whole food with whole grains that tastes amazing. A bit pricey, but the food is sophisticated and you will not find anything comparable in Bremen. Definitely check it out!

I think that this is the restaurant version of the Nora's Deli in Bremen, not quite located in the middle of the older town part but in the "Viertel".

Main point of critique is the limited menu. You can choose between two main dishes, the rest is smoothies, raw or baked goods and sweets. The mains are delicious but if you expect a wide range of foods, you may be disappointed. Additionally, when ordering a dessert (which is quite small for the pricing) and a beverage, it might get expensive very quickly. Smoothies are also very delicious!
Also pay attention to the cakes, for they may include honey although being milk-free.
The restaurant is quite comfy, you can sit outside, it's located in a quiet side street. The toilet is awesome, definitely visit the toilet when eating there. Very stylish, clean. They try to reduce any waste, starting with small towels instead of paper towels. Smoothies and drinks are served with glass straws. Take-out food is served in cardboard boxes.
Pros: lots of vegan food, very stylish and comfy, small restaurant, quick service
Cons: quite expensive for small meals, especially cakes, limited menu (for main dishes)
