The Japan pan noodles are one of three menu items available vegan according to the data sheet I looked at. I get that every time.

Good Noodles! - Edit

I got the pesto dish and ditched the cream and parmesan in order to make it vegan, I also added cooked tofu in the dish. I enjoyed the dish but i felt like it needed more pesto, despite this it was still really good. The tofu was cooked perfectly! it was very firm had a crisp outside with an amazing flavor. Only thing I don’t like about Noodles and Company is that it feels more like a fast food restaurant then sit-down restaurant.

Pros: Pesto dish was great, You can add tofu and it’s cooked perfectly

Cons: Not enough pesto, Atmosphere is like a fast food restaurant
