Super Fantastic Falafel and heavenly hummus

We have as vegetarians, now vegan, enjoyed Noam's Table food truck for many years. Our "go to" meal is a Falafel sandwich "Jason style" which means he puts some of his delicious creamy hummus in the sandwich along with some Sriracha sauce. This is in addition to the super soft steamed pita filled with a generous amount of falafel, Israeli Salad, tahini sauce (Noam makes himself), olives, pickle, peperoncino, pine nuts and some Zatar fries. He then packs some Zatar fries in the paper pouch with the sandwich.

Sometimes if we want less food we will order Falafel aa a side order with tahini sauce, or Israeli Salad (which he dolls up with goodies), or Zatar fries with tahini sauce, or hummus and pita. It's all great. We enjoy having more vegan options than we can possibly eat at one meal and it's all really great food.

Depending on how busy they are and how much help he has at that location there can be a wait. Sometimes I'll call in advance and place an order.

This is some of our favorite food in Cheyenne.
