We stopped by their food stall at a vegan market for takeaway. I had the NFC burger, my daughter had the cheeze and ‘meat’ loaded fries. The burger chick’n was tasty, but the burger overall felt quite basic with the toppings. The loaded fries were missing the salami and pepperoni, but she was charged the same price. We liked the popcorn chick’n, but the cheeze sauce was really not nice. I don’t know if they usually use grated cheeze and that would be better in our view, but the sauce recipe made the chips very soggy and I can honestly still remember that sauce smell a week later. The burger at £9.50 and loaded chips at £10.50 felt quite expensive for what they were. Staff were nice and wait times were not long.

Consistently the best vegan "fast-food" in Worcester - Edit
I've been ordering from No Frickin Chicken since they first opened their restaurant a while back. They've never let me down when it comes to getting that vegan, classy takeaway fix. All the burgers I've had over this time have been great, and the loaded fries are to die for - I really mean it. Order the Poutine Loaded Fries next time, you won't find better outside of Canada.
Read moreThe menu rotates semi-frequently which keeps things fresh but the classics always remain. Your standard variations on a 'chicken' burger are all there, and all hit the spot. I've had the 'beef' style burgers before and whilst they are good, they don't quiet reach the heights of their faux-poultry cousins for me. No minus points for this, as its largely personal preference. The menu diversity however, is grand. A joy to have so many great options.
They are really carrying the torch for this style for vegan cuisine in Worcester, long may it continue.

Read moreWe ordered the popcorn chicken, some chicken pieces and the spooky corn dog, it was all fab and seemed to shock my non-vegan pal.
The staff were lovely, great decor and ambience, loved all of the Halloween decorations.
Nothing bad to say about this place, although I understand the price is a bit high but perfectly reasonable for great food from a smaller, vegan business.

So when we are much bigger, and we are taking over the world with our corndogs we will be as cheap as chips, that is a promise!! Haha.

Read moreI said I was going to go back after not being bowled over last time (it was still a 3/5 the first time, I just wanted to like it more) and I am so glad that I did.
Found ourselves in Worcester again recently and popped in. We both had burgers this time and they were delicious. I had the poutine fries again and they were also so much nicer (perhaps I was just unlucky last time/had something going on with my taste buds).
Whatever it was, it was a hit. Keep up the good work. We'll be back again soon.
ORIGINAL:
I had the five piece and the poutine fries, together costing about £21.
My date had a New Yorker burger and croquettes.
The pieces were a bit flavourless tbh. The texture was nice, but apart from salt I wasn't really getting anything else.
The poutine fries were better, but the cheeze sauce similarly wasn't very flavoursome.
My dates burger was much nicer, he enjoyed it as did I, and the croquettes were nice too.
We also both had the cheesecake which came alone on a big plate, it was ok taste wise, but claggy and with a soft/soggy biscuit base. I wouldn't order again.
Is definitely go again, but this time is just have a burger and fries.

First of all thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We always appreciate peoples feedback.
Whoever was working that day, did they come and ask you how your food was'/'if everything was okay', we try and do this with everyone, and as none of our staff have mentioned this negative feedback, we just want to make sure they asked you, and if not we can remind them of how we connect with customers to ensure they are having a good time and everything was okay with there food. As I am sure, if they did, you would have mentioned this to them.
Next, I am really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the food you had, we have so many fantastic reviews about our food, how tasty it is, I am really hoping this was a one off. I really really wish you would have mentioned it at the time, because we would have refunded you / replaced your meal with the same thing or something else, and also got down to business with what was wrong, we could have taken the time to fix any issues so that this wouldn't have happened again.
Regarding price, we make almost all of our menu from scratch, to keep prices as low as possible, which is also quite time-consuming, but something we love doing because we want to be good and offer good prices. We also price compared our food to other vegan business like ours as well as other local vegan businesses, we do everything to keep our prices low, so we are sorry you think we are expensive. We actually get good feedback from customers regarding our prices compare to other vegan places in Worcestershire.
I would much have preferred to ask you all of this in person / over the phone rather than like this, I really hope you don't mind that I have replied. Please feel free to give us a call and ask for Hana or Paddy, and we can arrange a refund or replacement.

So glad these guys have settled into a new location - we shared a few dishes between us (baos, mac, burgers, pieces, popcorn, milkshakes), and they were all so good, but it’s the poutine that stole my heart (and my stomach). Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu (or let’s be honest, eat more poutine).

Found their van at Rowheath Vegan Festival 2024. I ordered the cheeze and meat loaded fries (£9), unfortunately they had ran out of the cheese sauce but offered gravy instead. The gravy was very herby. I enjoyed the fries and popcorn chicken but the salami and pepperoni bits were a bit average. But overall it was nice.

Fantastic family meal - I had the Bao Chicka Wow Wow and some of the delicious skin on fries, but nicked a bit off everybody else’s plate cos everything is soo good! That’s what I love about going to fully vegan restaurants 😜. Excellent- definitely want to go back and try everything else!

Gorgeous popcorn chickin loaded fries - Edit
I came across the NFC food truck at the vegan fayre in Taunton, and they did not disappoint! The menu on the truck looks like it's a little more limited than the restaurant, which is totally understandable. I ordered the Popcorn chickin dirty fries (I think they're on the restaurant menu as 'Cheeze and 'Meat' Loaded Fries. Waited just a couple of minutes for my order, which was served in a compostable cardboard tray. The fries were hot and crispy and really really good. There was loads and loads of different 'meat' - bits of facon, salami and pepperon (I think), plenty of rich creamy cheeze sauce, I added some barbeque sauce, and there was a seriously generous portion of the popcorn chickin on there. I'm not kidding when I say this was incredible. Absolutely the best dirty vegan hot food I've had in a long time!

A Vegan Gem in Worcester - Edit
Absolutely brilliant cafe! Always loved the No Frickin Chicken van at events so it's exciting to find such a big menu with lots of gluten free options here. Three of us ate - Mac and cheese, loaded fries, New Yorker burger and sides of marmite fries, onion rings, 5 pieces of chicken and skin on fries. We had take out cakes for later too! Fantastic and well worth a visit.

We tried them at a vegan market in Newcastle and the food was delicious! We got the Bao-Chicka-Wow-Wow (bao buns), Cheeze & 'Meat' Fries and Cheeze & Facon Potato Croquettes. I thought the bao buns were excellent – the fried chicken was delicious with a great texture and the flavour of the fillings was so good! The fries were also really good – nice and cheesy with lots of different toppings. I also enjoyed the croquettes although I would've liked them to be a bit cheesier.

If you get a chance to try this place, you have to. Their chicken is seriously good. Their menu is pretty varied with breakfast sandwiches, burgers, loaded fries, ice cream and shakes. Definitely recommend the new katsu loaded fries although anything you get from here will be awesome! In love with the whole menu
