Vegan Beef noodle

There is a good selection of vegan beef noodles here. The vegan dishes are clearly marked on the menu, and the wait staff also took extra care when serving and explicitly mentioned the vegan dishes. You can choose between different soup bases and combinations. I found the broth very tasty, but unfortunately I wasn't convinced by the vegan meat, as it tasted very tough and gristly. Next time, I would go for a version without the meat.

BEST VEGAN TAIWANESE SPOT

We’ve found the Taiwanese food hit and miss. This place is a hit. Beef noodles are a traditional dish here and these guys do amazing vegan versions. The broth is so umami, the noodles are chewy and delicious and the vegan beef is delightful. I HIGHLY recommend. Lovely staff too.

Cheap and good

They had three vegan options, original, spicy original, and tomato. Original was a ginger broth with a very obviously mushroom based faux meat. Server spoke English and verified its vegan status. Vegan option was $100 ntd more expensive than the meat option, but still came out to only $7usd. Very flavorful and filling. My friend got the meat option and actually preferred the vegan one over hers.

I like the soup they offer. It's so tasty with ginger, even be better than meat broth! Highly recommend to you all.
Another point is that they provide a possibility let vegan people and non-vegan people could sit together. You could choose what ever you want. Really be convenient to everyone or reunion needing. The restaurant really could please everybody.
