Unimpressive - Edit
Having dined at Nice Rice only once, I am not in the best position to judge it, but when I did visit the restaurant, both the food and the service were unimpressive. I found the food relatively tasteless and the staff cool and distant rather than friendly.

Easy to Eat Healthy Vegan Here - Edit
I love this place, especially because vegan dining options are limited in Hillsboro. They classify themselves as "Asian." They designate dishes as "vegetarian" with a small green symbol, but any one of those can be made vegan. Every main dish you can add either beef, shrimp, chicken, or tofu. But tell them you are vegan and they will make any dish without eggs or non-vegan sauces. They even have organic salads. The food is delicious, good-sized portions. Casual dining.
