Their breads are really something special. The price is very reasonable for an organic loaf. I no longer live in Iowa but this is a must stop when I visit. Their vegan sandwiches are delicious. The reuben was always my favorite. This location has a nice seating area to enjoy your food. Great produce section. Fabulous local hummus.

There are vegan sandwiches and soups, salads, desserts, etc. Many are available ready to go in the coolers, but others are made-to-order. The deli uses local tofu (which is also for sale in the grocery department).
Must-tries include: carrot cake, curried tofu salad, cashew on a hot tin roof sandwich, and avocado tofuwich.
There is seating outside, through the deli, and upstairs.
