Good selection of vegan groceries, and lots of vegan food available in the deli.
Read moreThere are vegan sandwiches and soups, salads, desserts, etc. Many are available ready to go in the coolers, but others are made-to-order. The deli uses local tofu (which is also for sale in the grocery department).
Must-tries include: carrot cake, curried tofu salad, cashew on a hot tin roof sandwich, and avocado tofuwich.
There is seating outside, through the deli, and upstairs.

Amazing Co-OP - Edit
This is an amazing co-op with wonderful people working their. The cost of getting into the coop is 60$ however that is fully refunable if you decide that don't want to continue going. The selection is that of a full organic grocery store with a wonderful deli that you can find Veg and Vegan selections.

A small sit-down deli with a huge take-out menu. Great selection of sandwiches, especially vegetarian and vegan. Meats are hormone & antibiotic and nitrate free. Many ingredients, but not all, are organic. Best sandwich bets: Steve's Rockin' Reuben made with tempeh, sauerkraut, russian dressing, carmelized onion and swiss (or soy) grilled on rye. Grilled Vegan Cajun Tofuwich is amazing! 3 homemade soups usually 1 vegan, 1 vegetarian, 1 with meat. Juice bar, great breads baked there, grab n' go salads, sandwiches & deserts.
