They clearly advertise whey and collagen on their menu. I don't know why they're listed as vegan.
Read moreCustomer service was horrendously clueless too, saying they don't have animal products, then said they couldn't change my order after I found collagen in my order, then changed their mind.

Nékter Juice Bar is located inside Kowalski’s Market, which is connected to the Southdale Center shopping mall but with its own outside entrance. The juice bar is just a few feet inside the entrance, to the right.
Read moreThere is a huge selection of handcrafted juices, smoothies and acai bowls made of natural, clean & nutrient-rich ingredients. Everything is made fresh. Or, for a healthy to-go option, there is a grab-and-go bin with cold-pressed juices, shots and other items.
I slammed a freshly made juice called “The Buzz” (carrot, green apple, orange, lemon & ginger) and immediately felt energized – a great way to start my day.
The only non-vegan ingredients are whey protein (substitute a plant-based protein) and possibly honey in the granola (ask since they mostly use agave syrup).
