We are coming often to this place when we visit Slovakia! They have amazing food and know how to work with vegetables en spices. It's always a very nice and interesting combination on the plate. Never been disappointed. And the desserts are also very good!

In case I didn't give it away in the title we found this place to be adorable. We came at the crux of the changeover from the lunch to the after-lunch menu. (They make some items available after 2pm; we arrived at 1:45.) We thought we would wait to order off the dinner menu, but they came by the table with the dishes for another patron, and they looked amazing, so we just said we'd have that.

The entree had a couple scoops of perfectly cooked millet, some sauteed veggies (including carrot, onions, and cabbage) and a seitan based fake meat that was really tender. (We prefer to eat gluten-free, but don't need to, so we can do the occasional seitan based fake meat thing without worrying about it.)
We did not order dessert, but there appear to be a couple items on the menu to consider.
They are supposedly famous for their pancakes, and we will likely try them sooner or later this week.
The total cost for two of us to dine in this friendly atmosphere for a robust lunch- 6 Euro. That's about $8USD. Even with a 2 Euro tip, we felt we got way more than our money's worth.

We went there for coffee, it was a bit too late so we weren't expecting them to have food anymore. Our dog was with us and was welcomed inside as nicely as us. The service was 5 stars, the girl serving us was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. She told us she had still some food left so we deduced to try soup and a dish, both were very tasty. The space is cozy and you feel like staying for the all afternoon. We also tried a slice of cake at the end. Good customer service, nice space, good food. For sure we will come back.
