There are local packaged food and snacks that are vegan and several prepared vegan options, also a tempeh sandwich you can order that is vegan.

Limited Vegan Options After Security in T2 SFO - Edit
Awesome seeing signs that read “vegan and gluten-free selections” but upon entry selections are very limited. I did score my favorite vegan cookie and they had some salad offerings. Overall, would love them expanding to bring in more Bay Area vegan/plant-based treats - like Timeless Coffee cake slices or Butcher’s Son Mac Salad - totally yum!
