Read moreThe cauliflower wingz are the best I’ve ever had, and their cornbread is heavenly (almost cake-like). We also tried the bbq sandwich and the chick’n sandwich. Both were so tasty.
The sauces they use can be a bit on the spicier side, but I don’t think that is necessarily a bad thing. I’m sure you can ask for sauce on the side if you wanted to.
Overall, a fantastic option for plant-based comfort food!
Pros: Food was hot, fresh, and flavorful!, Large portions with reasonable prices

Holy Happy Cow!!! This place is amazing. We came in with eyes bigger than our tummies and Nana’s Kitchen did NOT disappoint! The staff was awesome and helpful. Don’t miss the twisted corn on the cob or literally anything with their BBQ sauce on it, but everything is delicious so you’ll be fine no matter what.

I loved the extensive menu options. The beautiful family pictures on the wall. The atmosphere was bright. I received two warm welcome greetings and I was offered help since it was my first time in! I ordered a variety of items for my large family. The Mac and cheese and the peaches cobbler on the waffle was a hit for my tots and teen.

No one greets you when you come in. You place your order on an Ipad, and when your order is ready, they call your name. No service whatsoever but they have the iPad set up to ask for 25% tip.

No water served, you have to bother them to ask for it.

We enjoyed Chik’n & Waffles, potato salad, and a strawberry milkshake while passing through Chandler on a road trip. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Place an order ahead of time if you’re in a rush. The whole place was very clean and comfortable (including the bathrooms). The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, even in takeout boxes. Highly recommend!

We had the Nana’s Soul with both wings and ribs. The ribs were absolutely amazing! As was the Mac and cheese. We also had the chicken sandwich and peach cobbler. Highly recommend!

Every. Single. Thing. Is absolutely incredible at Nana's Kitchen! Southern home cooking with a vegan twist. The food is bomb, the staff is super friendly, the FOH and BOH look super clean. It seems mostly younger adults running it, and they are *on point*. The wangz and Nana's Soul are my favorite. Mac n cheeze is to die for. They up the game with their shakes and frost the rim with sprinkles - what? I think it's a bit overpriced, but *everything* is overpriced these days, so not necessarily a con. Friendly staff, fast service, incredible food. It's my go-to for dinner and I would eat here every day if I had the means! Super delicious, you'll regret if you don't try it! Can call in orders ahead of time to pick up😄Try Nana's! You'll be so happy you did! They're even starting a luxury off-shoot service for luxury dining for dates, which is awesome! Family owned and they're just amazing!

This is my new favorite restaurant. It's difficult to find good soul food restaurants that are vegan friendly, and this one is here to end that problem. Flavorful ribs, tender collard greens, creamy rich mac n cheese. Corn bread like a sweet cloud. Just go already. The food will blow your mind.

One of my challenges with eating vegan was missing good, flavorful soul food. Nana's fills that void. I love the greens, mac and cheese and "ribs". Many try with the mac and cheese, but they nailed it. The cauliflower wings are so good. Lol everything is. The customer service is great too. This is a must try. Thank me later 🥰🙂

i live in the area so i was so excited to try this black owned soul food at “777”! but it fell short in so many areas.. their jackfruit ultramessy fries were extremely overpriced for something only a child would fill up on. i’m not even kidding.. there was as much jackfruit as ONE cherry tomato. no exaggeration.. two bites & it was gone.. it had barely any dressing on it, majority of the dish had to be ate as just fries. wow, it was so skimped, i’ve never felt so ripped off by a business before. $14 for that joke of a dish. i weigh 100lbs and it didn’t remotely fill me up. i also got their mac and it was terrible, i am picky when it comes to mac, but my bf didnt like it either and he eats anything. you can tell its made with some packaged grocery store cheese, you can taste the weird plasticky flavor to it. it didnt have much flavor to it either.

I’ve been vegan for 5 years now & moving from Chicago to PHX was a huge let down as far as the vegan food. It’s not terrible in PHX but it lacks flavor & soul. Since coming to Nana’s I’m proud to say I’ve finally found the BEST vegan soul food I’ve ever had in my LIFE 😩🙏🏾♥️. Not only is the food phenomenal but the service is so unmatched; the staff makes you feel like family. I’m happy I actually love cooking because I’d go broke with this restaurant in town. Keep it up Nana! You’ve got a customer for life 😆

I'm glad this area has a good vegan restaurant! All choices are great, but not if you're looking for a healthy choice. I had the chicken and waffle with fried jackfruit- the best fried chicken I have had I was disappointed it only came with a few pieces.
