Beautiful elegant creative delicious sushi

This is not your usual fake fish sushi . The vegan sushi is a work of culinary art. We had the platter plus the most divine mushroom tofu dip . Also very good miso soup . I would definitely go back and bring people and I’m super picky.

Pros: Great food, Reasonable prices, Sleek modern decor

Cons: No vegan desserts., Menu Not completely vegan , Probably not enough options 4 a lg group of vegans

My favorite Japanese place in the US

You can’t get better vegan sushi anywhere else I don’t care what anyone says. All of the vegan handrolls are so unique and not just vegan by accident, they are purposely and intentionally full of flavor. I get the vegan set with an extra maitaketruffle roll. The vegan appetizers (try them all trust me) are incredible. And please get the strawberry sting drink! 100/10 please be careful though, you might get addicted and it can get expensive 🤭

Pros: Flavor, Service, Valué

Cons: No vegan dessert
