Made-From-Scratch & A Delight for Vegans, Veg, All

Since Mystic Treats moved from Talent into Ashland, we go there a couple of times per month. They are devoted to making everything from scratch, including a delicious vegan cheese (ask for extra if you like your pizza well-covered). There a lots of inventive toppings and pre-designed pizzas, nearly all easily made vegan. Just ask! They are also gluten-free friendly and your non-veg. friends will want to come along with you. And, the crust is deliciously herby, too.

In addition to pizza, they have hot dogs (vegan), handmade veggie burgers (veg., they contain eggs), other yummy things, handmade sodas, local beer, wine, and cider.

We highly recommend it!!

Pros: Excellent Food, Friendly Staff, Inventive Flavor Combos

Cons: Wish veggie burgers were vegan

Don't waste your money.

Go to Shop N Kart and get a frozen Tofurkey pizza. It's cheaper, it tastes better, and they won't accidentally put rape cheese on your pizza when you explicitly said vegan. The vegan cheese is terrible anyways, and the toppings are so skimpy you'll think they've forgotten them.

I have just read that Mystic Treats has begun serving meat. It's definitely no longer the veg-friendly place it used to be, unfortunately.
