Vegan options and friendly service - Edit
I was pleased to find this in the station. I had a curry with brown rice and veggies, plus a juice. It was tasty and fresh. The server spoke good English and was helpful, pointing out vegan options.

Okay food - Edit
Pretty okay, definitely the best option given the area if you want a warm meal rather than just a snack. I had the veggie curry with brown rice, it was good but nothing that really stuck out to me. For the price of 6€ tho I'd definitely recommend.

Best option at Hauptbahnhof - Edit
If you are looking for a full meal (i.e. more than just a snack) and you just have a short while before you have to catch your train, then this is probably your best option here. Their curries are decent (not great but made from fresh veggies) with a choice of brown rice, white rice or couscous. Also the vegan curries are just 6 Euro which I consider not too expensive given the location.

A bit lacklustre - Edit
The three stars are for having quite a few vegan options. I got the vegan power ramen. It was ok, but for me a soy bolognese-type sauce doesn't really fit with ramen noodles. The veggies added also weren't so spectacular, just a bit of cabbage and diced carrot and peppers, not nice chunky veggies that one would want in a noodle dish. I should have opted for the red rice, but I forgot that it was an option when ordering. My husband had the peanut curry and also said it wasn't very peanut-y. Maybe a salad would have been better, as I noticed they had edamame after I had already placed my order.

Warm Curry - Edit
I was having a cold one day and the curry (spices) warmed up my body. It tasted fine.

OK but not great - Edit
Curry was bland, with big chunks of TVP/soy isolate. Red rice was good, though. Glad it wasn't limited to white rice! Staff are nice, but some don't speak much English. Could be very frustrating for those with food allergies, since there is no exact list of ingredients.

Cons: Staff speak very little English, Only 1 or 2 vegan options

Greit option at the central train station - Edit
I was super pleased to find decent healthy food at the Frankfurt central station. Had a veg curry with brown rice and some fresh veggies on top. The curry part of it could certainly be bigger (the employee told me they are instructed to only do one soup spoon of curry per portion), but it's still yummy and the best option around. (In that little food court there is also a pizza place that does vegan pizzas and a coffee place that has vegan bagels or rolls, but I haven't tried that yet.)

Healthy, Tasty Restaurant - Edit
Myindigo offers many vegan meals like brown rice and beans, couscous, Indian curry with veggies or soya. The stuff is quite friendly. The food is fresh and you don't need to wait. Perfect!

Ok for a hurrying vegan traveller - Edit
Yesterday I had the possibility to try myIndigo. As it was close to 10 pm, the crew was tidying up and the rice dishes were not longer available.
Read moreSo I tried the vegan sushi: Paprika an Pea Nigiris and 2 mixed Makis. All in all 6 pieces for 8,9 Euro. Soy sauce costs 30 cents extra (which is an absolute no go imho)
The taste was lame, craftmanship crude.
Maybe the rice dishes are more attractive, but I definitely can not recommend the sushi, not only because the price to value ratio is bad.
Pros: Situated centrally in the main station
Cons: price to value, taste
