Read moreWe had two burgers, one with dijon mustard sauce, battered tofu, tomatoes, rocket and grilled mushrooms as well as one with tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, onions, salad and a crispy soypatty. Both came in a (we think) homemade wholemeal spelt bun and were super delicious (especially the dijon mustard one). The side of crispy country potatoes was good as well.
Our highlight was the dessert, however, a homemade "Donauwelle" - a marble cake with cherries, cream and chocolate icing. DELICIOUS!
Another plus was the cozy atmosphere - there is a little courtyard that's nice to sit in when it's warm - and the super friendly staff :)

Best vegan burgers you’ll find in Karlsruhe - Edit
This place was great & worth visiting. Here you’ll find the best vegan burgers in Karlsruhe. Their menu is plentiful & as too are the range of desserts. We found it a tad on the expensive side though & the desserts we had (not saying this by any means about all of them) could have packed a bit more flavour. Like the chocolate cheesecake slice thing I had, was quite bland, but then I guess it wasn’t sickly at least. That said the food is great & I’m just being a proper food critic lol. Burgers are VERY filling and I doubt you’d need sides! I was stuffed.

Wir haben uns sehr über die vielen superleckeren Burgervarianten gefreut. Trotz des riesigen Ansturms, wegen des Robert Marc Lehmann Events, kam das Essen sehr schnell. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Delicious Burger & Nice Ambience - Edit
The Mamma Mia burger was very delicious - ciabatta bun, spicy crunchy chiqen patty, tomato-herb sauce, mayo, tomatoes, grilled zucchini, fresh onions, roquette, lettuce. The ambience was great, the staff was very friendly.

Huge space, two double rooms and a garden area. Hand held menus are in German but the QR-code menus are in German and English, with photos.

B had the ‘Greek’ salad and I had the Country Burger. Not sure how but B also managed to squeeze a tiramisu in as well. All delicious.
The toilets are out through to the garden and on the left, very clean and smart.
Very nice, would visit again.

Ich hatte die Gnocchi von der Sommerkarte, die lecker, aber geschmackstechnisch für mich nicht unbedingt besonders waren. Meine Begleitung einen erfrischenden Wrap. Das Tiramisu war sehr lecker!
Auch gibt es Milchshakes, was ich klasse fand und daher direkt einen bestellte - lecker, aber bis auf die Sahne oben war er aber gar nicht wirklich 'shakig'/reichhaltig/dickflüssig, weshalb es eher Milch mit Geschmack war. Da gibt es noch Potential nach oben, aber voll in Ordnung.
*Anmerkung bzgl. unten "negative Aspekte": Die Wahrnehmung basiert natürlich nur auf unsere beiden Gerichte, ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass vor allem die Burger sehr überzeugen! :)

Wir waren nach einem Thermen Aufenthalt hier und es war der perfekte Abschluss des Tages. Es gibt so eine große Auwahl an tollen Optionen, dass wir uns kaum entscheiden konnten. Ich fand es v.a. toll, dass es Wasabi Pommes gab - mal was anderes. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Read moreWir waren zu viert hier essen. 2x Veganer, 1x Flexitarier und 1x Fleisch-Liebend. Das Ergebnis: Alle waren durchweg begeistert 😊
Als Vorspeise hatten wir uns zur viert eine „Mix del Mundo“ Platte geteilt. Die Portionsgröße für vier Personen war perfekt und geschmacklich für jeden was dabei.
Als Hauptspeise hatten wir 3x Burger mit je einer Beilage und 1x Linsen mit Spätzle.
Durch die Vorspeise und die Beilagen zu den Burgern waren wir am Ende sehr satt und haben nicht alle Pommes geschafft (normal benötigen wir in anderen Restaurants noch eine Nachspeise um satt zu werden 🙈).
Eigentlich hatten wir uns noch auf den Nachtisch gefreut, aber dieser hatte einfach nicht mehr hinein gepasst 😅

Unterm Strich war es nicht ganz günstig:
Burger zwischen 14-16€ Beilage ca. 7€ geteilter Vorspeisenteller (9€/4=2,25 €)
Pro Person = 24,25 € Getränk
Es war sehr lecker und wir kommen definitiv wieder. Zukünftig werden wir eine Beilage zu zweit nehmen, damit noch ein Nachtisch reinpasst 😅😋

Four of us ate here. 2x vegans, 1x flexitarian and 1x meat lover. The result: everyone was thoroughly impressed 😊
We shared a "Mix del Mundo" platter as a starter. The portion size for four people was perfect and there was something for everyone in terms of taste.
For our main course, we had 3 burgers with a side dish each and 1 lentil with spaetzle.
Due to the starter and the side dishes with the burgers, we were very full at the end and didn't finish all the fries (we normally need another dessert in other restaurants to fill us up 🙈).
We were actually looking forward to dessert, but it just didn't fit in 😅
(Next time then)
It wasn't cheap:
Burger between 14-16€ side dish about 7€ shared appetizer plate (9€/4=2,25 €)
Per person = 24.25€ drink
It was very tasty and we will definitely be back. In future, we'll share a side dish for two so that we can fit in another dessert 😅😋

Vegan restaurant in central Karlsruhe. Lots of options to choose from be it burgers, sides, dips etc. Food was pretty good, if just a tad expensive. Perhaps this is kinda my pet peeve, but I find the practice to only do menu’s by QR-Code annoying, especially if you need to open a new window to see the Info about every dish. Cake tasted like it wasn't really done in-house. Still, this place is good for inviting non-vegans along!
