Best vegan burger and salad ever - Edit
I went twice to this beautiful place in Karlruhe City center. This first visit, I had wonderwel Humus, probably the best vegan burger I had in 5y of veganism and had a pick of the wide selection of cakes they have every day. The second time the great Midsommer salad for lunch. The staff are also very friendly and even offered me a free coffee a compensation for a slight inconvencience. Must visit if for vegans and non-vegans alike.

3x dort, 3x geil - Edit
Während meiner Wohnzeit in Karlsruhe war ich 3x dort. Das erste Mal noch als Omnivore und da fande ich es bereits besonders. Als Vegetarier und quasi Veganer nochmals zweimal hin. Alle Burger und alle süßen Gerichte sowie den Kaffee und die Getränke kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Great atmosphere and delicious food! - Edit
Loved this restaurant! They were much more modern and “fancy“ looking than expected. They had a variety of burgers, pasta dishes and a daily special menu all 100% vegan. Both our burgers with the falafel and the soysteak were delicious! Service is fast, the staff is super friendly and the price is great for the quality of food! They are also handling the Corona crisis extremely well allowing sufficient space between customers, always wearing masks and disinfecting after people leave. Definitely coming back:)

Rein veganes Restaurant - Edit
Im Restaurant selbst gibt es hauptsächlich Fast Food, wie z. B. Burger. Alles ist rein vegan. Geschmacklich ist das Essen klasse. Am Wochenende sollte man reservieren, da immer ziemlich voll ist. Auch der Kuchen ist zu empfehlen, dieser ist wohl meist glutenfrei.

Bin auf einer Dienstreise dort gewesen. Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant mit freundlicher Atmosphäre. Schöne Auswahl an Gerichten mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Burgern. Preislich im Mittel. Mein Essen war sehr lecker und seinen Preis in jedem Fall wert. Den Kuchen konnte ich nicht probieren, sah aber sehr verlockend aus. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Ich war spontan zum Mittag dort. Auf Nachfrage sagte man mir, dass Reservierungen für abends auf jeden Fall nötig seien und für tagsüber/mittags empfehlenswert. Da hatte ich also Glück gehabt😉😄. Bei nächster Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder!👍

Whole grain Pasta with mushroom cream sauce - general opinion in our group; relatively expensive for the size and the taste is good, but not super-good.
At home it could easily be made tastier, to be honest.
Caesar salad was yummy and size was good too.
My favorite would definitely be the cakes - brownie with berries, vanilla coconut cheesecake and tangerine cheesecake all tasted amazing.
They have a huge selection of cakes, so it’s hard to decide! My 4 stars in this review are mostly because of this, otherwise / if possible I’d give it 3,5 stars.
Pros: awesome vegan cake selection , good to come with family / non vegans

At first it looks like every other vegan junk food place. But here you get ice tea that is not too sweet, gluten free options for your burger... Finally i had some wedges with sour cream, which i missed so much. The place is quite big, has a lot of cakes and a little garden where you can sit outside.

My partner and I had a fantastic lunch at MHBV. The menu is stacked with delicious salads, burgers, pastas, and cakes. The toughest thing was picking only a few things to eat! The service was prompt and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Read moreLeider wirkte die Servicekraft etwas überfordert mit der Menge an Gästen (obwohl es nur ein Dienstag Abend war) und es hat zum einen sehr lange gebraucht bis wir bestellen konnten und dann wurden teilweise Getränkebestellungen erst nach mehrmaligem nachfragen gebracht. Zudem wird man um 22:00 Uhr rausgeschmissen was ein wenig schade ist.
Ansonsten eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

I mean just wow! Great stylish vegan restaurant with a rich offer and very tasty food. We didn’t expect this in such a town as Karlsruhe! Definitely, must visit. I have noticed that for later hours they had many bookings, however during the lunchtime was not a big deal to find a spot there!
