Great vegan and gluten free food in the English Market - Edit
Had an amazing lunch here in the market! The staff was lovely and they had so many options! Savory food and kefir drinks and desserts. They also have compostable containers and utensils instead of regular plastic. I would definitely come again!

Friendly and honest staff who told me the wraps were not vegan but only vegetarian as the wrap itself contain dairy. So I took take away salads instead and they were fabulous , especially the seaweed one . Thank your. Will come again .

We had a wrap, a soup and a raw apple crumple. A bit pricey all together. It was okey but we don’t feel like coming back.

We had a glass of kombucha and a glass of water kefir and both of them were absolutely delicious! The food looked great too, and super friendly and helpful service. Can't recommend enough.

Came across My Goodness by chance as we were exploring the English market and decided to try it as it was all vegan even though we aren't raw. We decided to go for the meal deal so we got the super broth, It was extremely delicious and I imagine someone who follows a raw diet would love it, with the meal deal we also got a lime, mint and cucumber kefir which was really refreshing and we also got two little raw deserts. The raw deserts are incredible! Best raw desert I have ever had especially the peppermint one, If you ever get the chance to try it I strongly recommend you do! We also got the mocha one which was delicious. We went back the next day and got more deserts to bring home to friends and family and we also got the Raw hot chocolate which is the best hot chocolate I have ever had! Nice and thick and not overly sweet, Perfect for drinking as you walk about cork. The only drawback is there is not much seating but that is to be expected as it as a market stall.

So this place is so amazing I really recommend anyone visiting or living in cork to try out these guy So!plus their genuinely so nice!ive been getting my kefir from their markets the quay co op and now their delicious English market shop and sir food omg!im obsessed with their drinks on tap! So delicious!they now do bday cakes and Xmas puddings etc also so next year I know where I will get my cake etc. Support local ethical friendly business!you won't regret it!an amazing place lovely people and fab food!

Delicious array of takeaway lunch options: broths, wraps, mezze plate, tostadas. All probiotic and prebiotic. Water kefir flavours on tap are amazing! The Vegan hot chocolate is made with homemade coconut milk. Don't miss the gluten free sugar free cakes either! All from scratch and devine!
