The food was good! There were a few different fully vegan options on the menu (and gluten-free).

It was ok, but I would love more veggies in it. The white miso broth was a little bland. Noodles were good!! Not the best space for eating in as it’s cramped, but they opened a patio during COVID and takeout is always hot.

Simple but Delicious Ramen, Cute Little Restaurant - Edit
I visited and got the Kyoto White Miso Vegan Ramen. It had lots of goodies in there and a decent size portion of noodles and broth. It featured some crispy lotus root which was delicious. It was a good amount of richness, but not overly so. I wouldn't say it was the most flavorful ramen I've ever had but it was really good and I would visit again.
Read moreItems on the menu are clearly marked vegan. They have two ramen options that are vegan, as well as a vegan yakisoba starter/side. The staff were friendly and responsive, and overall, the ambiance was nice.
