Lovely place

Tasty fusion cuisine. Everything is freshly made. Homey atmosphere. Inexpensive but small portions so set menu is recommended. Very friendly owner. Conveniently located close to Inuyamayuuen, the closest station to the castle.
Only vegan or vegetarian option in Inuyama, but unknown in tourist office.

Pros: Excellent food, Homey atmosphere, Great location when visiting Inuyama

Cons: Small portions (but set menu available)

Good find

It's incredible that a vegan place even exists at all in this part of Aichi. A nice find if you're in the area (maybe not worth traveling for). The small place is run by a friendly woman. My Japanese is very limited (which can sometimes get things flustered) but she was very kind and calm and helped me with suggestions for a late lunch (some picture of food also available). I had a rice burger set meal that came with a soup and small dessert. The burger was delicious & it all felt light and filling. The food is not going to knock your vegan socks off but it does hit the spot, the atmosphere was very relaxing and I could have fallen asleep with my hot chai after if I'd have allowed it. As the other reviews say it's a slow paced placed so if you're impatient be warned (or learn some patience).

Pros: Great prices , Nice atmosphere , Good location for the castle and attractions

Sweet cafe

Affordable prices, interesting, tasty food. It's quite cramped but not uncomfortably so, and it adds to the style of the cafe which is quite cosy and home-like. I went a few times throughout spring and summer and always had good service, and the owner is friendly. Nice for a catch up with a friend as it's quiet, intimate and out of the way.

Pros: Nice food and cosy atmosphere

Cons: A little cramped

Not so comfortable

Located right next to Narita san.

I was looking for a restaurant in Inuyama area which was on the way for my next destination, and I book lunch in advance.
I called a day in advance, and called over an hour before arrival, but still took more than 30 min to be served.
Food is just so so and seating is not so comfortable.

I appreciate this place being all vegan and serves sprouted brown rice.

Pros: All vegan

Cons: takes a long time to be served, bathroom is difficult to flush, Cold (during winter)
