Great value home-made vegan food at this popular cafe

Mo's is a popular cafe in the heart of Gozo's capital - Victoria. When I first started visiting over a year ago, they didn't have any vegan items marked on the menu, but had started doing vegan options on the special boards, and let me know of quite a few items they could veganise. The staff have always been very open to suggestions of how to improve, and this has led to them constantly adding more vegan items - clearly marked on their menu, and on the specials board.
Now they have a whole range of vegan items that are always on their Vegan specials menu - breakfast, BMT Bagel (bagel, vegan mozzarella and tomato), burger, quinoa cakes, a wrap (the filling changes weekly), and vegan basil pesto with pasta Plus, they always have a vegan special dish that changes every week. In the summer it's usually a Buddha Bowl made from fresh local veg and things like sweet potato with a satay dressing or falafel made with butternut squash. And they always have at least one vegan-sweet treat.
I've tried the Vegan Breakfast, Buddha Bowls, Samosa-style Chickpea wrap, Oat and Cranberry Flapjack and Iced-Coffee with hazelnut milk, and they were all delicious. Can't wait to go back and try more.
The manager and staff are very friendly and always ask how the food was and take on suggestions on how to improve. The food is very good value.
