I'm not sure if the soy burgers are vegan (specifically because of the bun) but they offer salad buns for the soy patty and IIRC there's a marked vegan burger. I'm vegetarian so I feel comfortable eating the soy burger (bun, soy patty, mustard, ketchup and saw onions) and it was so comforting after trying so many foreign foods. For me vegan food can be hit or miss due to disliking vinegary and acidic tastes, which are both very prevalent in vegan cuisine... so after a miss, I like going to Mos Burger to cleanse my palate with something familiar. Just enough taste that it's not overpowering but also not bland. Classic fast food branch taste.

Really friendly staff and the plant based burger was delicious, loved the 2 sauces that came with it. Good for quick budget eats.

Yummy wee burgers, tasty fries - Edit
As this was nearby we added it to Happy Cow and then had dinner here on the way back 'home' from the Sky Tree. The plant-based burger is really tasty, as are the fries and juice (we did a large meal set each). While the burgers are quite small, the content is pretty decent - lots of lettuce and a really thick slice of tomato! The service was pretty good too.
