Great quality, simple menu, relaxing atmosphere - Edit
I love this place. I first came here a few years ago. The dan dan noodles were great, and the attention from the staff was exceptional. They were technically closed, but served me anyway, and it left a big impression. I came back today and wasn’t disappointed.

Very lovely - Edit
We tried the udon. We were very happy to see it on the menu since there aren’t a many vegan udon options out there. The food was very unique and looked beautiful. The tea served with it was also very tasty. The staff was really kind and friendly. I’d recommend trying it unfortunately it was pricey.

A fine dining experience - Edit
Tranquil atmosphere. Lovely presentation. Attentive staff. Wonderful food. This all adds up to being more than a "grab a meal" and more of a fine dining experience. I wish all restaurants would be like this and that I could eat at them every day.

5 pungents free!! - Edit
Lovely atmosphere and really delicious food! Everything is completely free of the five pungents, which I really appreciate. I tried the claypot rice and the hot & sour noodles—both were amazing. The claypot rice came with a generous amount of sauce, and the noodle texture was perfect. The soup was incredibly flavourful even without the five pungents, which is honestly impressive. I’m definitely recommending this place to my friends and will be coming back again!”

This is some of the best bibimbap I’ve ever had… better than Korea (and I’ve been to Korea 9x)… can I say that? Is that legal ?

A solid choice - Edit
Very peaceful atmosphere with delicious main dishes. A bit pricey, but they are aiming to be a higher level eating establishment and it is a welcome respite in Tokyo. To enter you must take an elevator from street level.

No Pungent Roots & Tea! - Edit
Injoy was a lovely find - a relaxing escape from the Senso-ji crowds. All dishes were free of the 'pungent roots' ~ garlic, onion, leek, scallion, and asafoetida - good news for anyone intolerant or allergic to these.
Read moreWe ordered the Bibimbap set and Dan Dan Noodles set which both included a hot or ice tea. The menu was small with good options including savoury and sweet. Both of us enjoyed our meals: "Ooishi desu" 😋.
Walking around afterwards we both noticed we felt different, very relaxed, zero stress. One of us felt light-headed, the other wondered if it was similar to taking calming medication.
We took a selfie and both of us looked like we'd been on a bender and hadn't slept for days! It wasn't the case!
I have no idea why lunch at Injoy seemed to have that effect on us other than it gave us an hour away from the crowds and warm weather which we stepped back into afterwards.
We liked it and would eat there again.
Pros: Pure, healthy vegan food.
Cons: None

Decent - Edit
I don't like to be too hard on veggie restaurants given how hard they are you find in japan. The food is decent. The bibinbap was nice but certainly not the best I've ever had. Price a but steep but not OTT. I went at lunchtime on a Tuesday so it was very quiet.

Very good ramen - Edit
We got to this cafe during lunch, from the lunch menu we chose ramen with vegetables, it was incredibly thick with a very tasty broth, also various vegetables were served on separate plates, it was very tasty and a lot)), I also ordered fried rice tea and a drink with enzymes. Everything was fine, the only thing in my opinion was that we were slightly cheated, probably by a simple mistake, which we discovered a little later, but this is not such a serious problem for me, credit cards are accepted.

Injoy Vegan Restaurant (Tokyo) - Edit
The location was convenient, being very close to the metro station and Senso ji, the main sightseeing spot. The price is not cheap but they use only high quality ingredients and very healthy. People who appreciate heatlhy meal, that is the perfect spot. Check out my blog post for the full dining experience https://cookingwithyoshiko.com/vegan-asian-meal-at-injoy-asakusa/

Delicious Lunch, peaceful atmosphere - Edit
There were 2 or 3 lunch options and we chose a ramen dish with a spicy broth. The noodle texture was so good and the broth was rich, yet delicate with sesame and spice flavours. The restaurant has a quiet and peaceful atmospheric it was nice to escape the crowds and have such a nice lunch.

Overpriced and nothing special, at least for lunch - Edit
Since all other vegan friendly places nearby were closed in new year's eve, and because of all the good reviews I went there for a lunch. I knew it was "fine dining" at dinner but thought it had à la carte dishes for lunch as I saw in some reviews. There were none. There were only Extremely expensive set dishes.
Read moreSo I took the dandan noodles one, since I really love dandan, and although it was okay it in no way nearly justified 3200 yen. The appetizer was some tiny artsy-non-food, the tea was very basic, the dessert was also basic and miniature, so I felt like I paid this much just for a ramen that tasted no better than other ramens around the city that cost half or less. Yes, it is a fully vegan restaurant which I appreciate and the atmosphere is very high-end, but overall it unfortunately gave me a pretentious impression.

Amazing food, but service not great - Edit
On the second floor of the building. Er were seated on a long table next to other people. We expected an a la carte menu at Lunch, but instead there were three set menus to choose from, the prices more upscale but not as high as the dinner set. We went with tantanmen noodles and the bibimbap. The noodles were very good, the bibimbap was the best I ever had. It arrived sizzling hot in a stone bowl and each bite was fantastic. The service wants to be fine dining but was hurried and nervous, and seemed overwhelmed. We didnt quite get what we ordered (we good tea instead of coffee) and were asked to move places when more people came in. Still, overall worth it.

Rich and flavorful all-vegan noodle and rice dishes. Must-visit if near the Senso-Ji temple or Tokyo Sky-Tree. The Shojin stone-grilled bibimbap was especially exceptional. Very friendly service and one of our best meals in Tokyo.

Delicious food at Injoy - Edit
So glad I went here as the food was delicious and my partner who isn't veg, enjoyed the food as well. Go up the lift and you won't need a reservation for lunch however if you require dinner they require reservation beforehand. Menu is allium free / Oriental vegetarian friendly. Staff know Japanese, Mandarin and English and have English menu.

Good choice - Edit
Nice little restaurant. We had lunch here and tried 3 different dishes: Sour noodles, bibimbap & dumplings. Everything was tasty, flavorful and reasonably healthy for Tokyo standards. I was positively surprised that the sour noodles didn’t contain any sugar. My favorite was the bibimbap which comes sizzling hot in a stone bowl.
