Place is supercute and colorful, with great music and atmosphere and a strong well deserved local fan-base.
Read moreI went in for lunch after seeing the menu and struggled to decide what to pick, since everything looked and sounded incredible.
In the end I opted for the spring rolls (I chose a mango dip), their signature burger and couldn't resist having desert and went for the brownie.
Everything was super fresh and supertasty, the spring rolls had little bursts of flavour given by marinated fried tempeh, the jackfruit burger is in my top 3 if not the best burger I've ever had and the brownie was so good I took another one home.
The owners are great, enthusiastic and always coming up with new ideas.
If I'm in Bordeaux again, there's no question I'll go back.

We had a nice time. Food was okay. Not mind blowing, but nothing to complain about really. It was alright. The curry was a little too “ricey” (waaaay too much rice and a little curry on top).

Funky tables and decorations, lovely owner and great food. The sunday brunch formula is best for value and the food is super fresh and a great mix of flavours. Sometimes they have an event upstairs which adds some extra good vibes to the already cool place. Also, very affordable.

Exceptionally delicious, charming and family friendly - Edit
The jackfruit burger was delicious, and the green curry and the potato salad were especially amazing. The sympathetic daughter-mother-team was very sweet and accommodating, even for our kids needs. Also they speak fluent English, so I can highly recommend it for internationals. The ambiance is lovely with colorful high quality Indonesian style decorations. Thank you!

Read moreWhen I stopped by, the menu included a jackfruit biryani (spiced rice with dried fruits and nuts) and a falafel burger. I had the rice and my boyfriend had the burger. The rice was generously served and garnished with a delicious chutney. The burger was spicy and came with fried potato wedges and a small salad.
Everything was absolutely delicious! Very homey, great use of spices, good-sized portions. We also tried their carrot cake and while the cake itself was delicious, we found the frosting to be way too sweet. It would be much better served as a carrot bread without the frosting.
Food was great, but what really distinguished this place was the quality of the hospitality. They finish serving lunch at 15h and we walked in at 15h05 after a three hour train delay. This was our only day in the city and I had really looked forward to eating here. The women working the restaurant at first said lunch was over, but after we explained what happened, they were kind enough to make an exception and serve us. The condition was that the biryani would not have chutney, but when I received my plate, it had chutney. They truly went above and beyond and probably have no idea how big of a difference that made for us after our unfortunate journey. The women running the place were incredibly hospitable and checked in on us a few times to be sure everything was all right aside from serving us lunch and dessert when they should have been closed.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Worth it for the food, worth it for the service, worth it for the people! A must if you’re in Bordeaux!

Me and my partner walked past this gem and fell instantly in love! What can I say... the atmosphere was so inviting, laid back and welcoming, with the owner Jenny behind the counter whipping up some deliciously fresh and environmentally sustainable food with a massive smile on her face!
Read moreThe decor was so tastefully done with personal touches everywhere you looked, you could really feel that it was a family run business filled with passion and love! I even met Jenny's lovely mum, partner and wee baby (who were all helping out (not the baby)!
I recommend everyone to stop by here while in Bordeaux!
PS - Very reasonable prices for such exquisite 'down to earth' food, that will leave your taste buds reeling and your wallet still breathing :)

We went here on a whim, hoping to catch their special Christmas Menu without booking. When we arrived they had of course run out, but that did not stop them to provide us with two lovely plates of 'leftovers'. Amazing home-made dips, with crusty bread and lettuce.

My favorite vegan restaurant in Bordeaux: the food is delicious and always surprising, varied and textured. The staff is extremely welcoming and the place is magical. It's rare to step in a restaurant that does not feel like it is a business. This gem should be cherished.
