Personal und Service ist gut. Ich würde sagen, es ist mal ein etwas anderes Ramen Erlebnis (geschmacklich). Meinen Geschmack trifft es nicht ganz. Preis ist hoch. Barzahlung möglich.

Super leckere Gerichte und ein großes veganes Angebot. Die besten Ramen die ich bisher gegessen habe. Die Portionen der Ramen sind wirklich groß, Preis Leistung passt auf jeden Fall auch super ☺️

Der Ramenladen in Hamburg bietet eine unfassbare Auswahl an veganen Gerichten, darunter Miso Spicy Ramen und Tantanmen Ramen, die beide so krass gewürzt sind und perfektes Soulfood bieten. The vegan tantanmen ramen is easily one of the best bowls I’ve ever had. Granted, I mostly have instant ramen in my life, but even compared to the more gourmet stuff it’s absolutely incredible. Not to hype it too much😄

Quite pricey, but they have 6 kinds of vegan ramen, which is pretty impressive for a "normal" ramen place. Had the Sapporo style ramen and while the vegan butter barely adds any extra flavour to the (already super delicious) miso broth, I really appreciate their attempt to recreate a special local non-vegan ramen. Tried the spicy broth from my friend's ramen and it was quite spicy and super yum, too.

Many vegan options. Got the spicy vegan miso which was 🔥 and delicious. Absolutely loved their lemonade as well. We got lucky to get a table during Sunday lunch rush, apparently - lots of tables were reserved. Food got to us surprisingly quickly given that.

After a lot of recommendations from my friends I finally went to Momo and was not disappointed. I shared the Miso and Tantanmen Ramen and both were simply great. The Tantanmen Ramen was enjoyably spicy.

Tienen 7 opciones de ramen vegano (tanto picante como no picante) además de entrantes. La comida está deliciosa, el personal es muy amable y el servicio muy rápido. La decoración del restaurante es también muy original. Recomiendo este restaurante para comer bien ramen vegano.

There are around 6 vegan options on the main evening menu and also different vegan starters available. The ice tea was ok, tho a bit bland. The ramen are really super super nice and a big recommondation. Also on weekdays in the evening a reservation is needed.

good ramen in a hipster-y ambiente - Edit
I've been here twice. Once with my parents, who were not a fan of eating with chopsticks and cilantro in the broth. But I'm okay with both of those things so I went here again (mostly because it's the Ramen place closest to me that serves lunch on weekends). I like the Ramen, it comes in a large bowl. The broth of the Tantanmen Ramen is not very spicy but the noodles are pretty salty and the ingredients add flavor, so all in all it's a well-rounded dish. The Gyoza are fine, but I've eaten better in Hamburg - they could be a bit softer in texture.
