Honestly, I dream about their donuts

I'm not joking, we waited patiently for Miss Sina to open their Marrickville location, and once they did, we did not walk, we ran! The place is great for people watching, it's cosy inside and has some outdoor seating for when it's hot. The staff are really friendly and the coffee is good but the foooood. The donuts are out of this world, the pastry is to die for, the brunch is delicious. I don't live in Australia anymore, but moving back just for Miss Sina is definitely on the cards.

Perfect

I love this place so much. I have been back a dozen times and regularly bring other people here. Every visit I end up getting something to go as they have such an amazing range of options.

Today I finally had the croissant Banh Mi, which felt like it should be a novelty but worked well.

Delicious and diverse menu

I got the pistachio kunefe and the kimchi sausage roll with a strawberry matcha. The kenefe was huge and a bit too sweet for my taste while the kimchi sausage roll was perfectly flaky and savoury. I also enjoyed the strawberry matcha, but the strawberry purée was a bit too sweet for me. The matcha though was great. They have a very wide range of savoury and sweet pastries and comfortable seating inside and outside. Service was super quick. Lovely place to spend some time!

A must if in Sydney

Been wanting to go here for the longest time and it didn’t disappoint. I had the Philly cheese bagel and the flavours were spot on. I wish I had enough room to try the pastries and other treats as well. Definitely will be back!

WOW

Was so excited to try this spot and it did not let me down! Bit of a random location but well worth the visit and will definitely be back next time in Sydney. I got the breakfast bagel and almond croissant and both were 10/10

Almond croissant

The almond croissant 🥐 is always a delicious treat.

The Korean breakfast and the Mediterranean eggplant Danish were both great.

The drinks are often a letdown, and the service isn’t as good as it used to be, but it’s fine as long as it’s not too rude.

Amazing selection of vegan pastries

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place - so good to have so many yummy selections of pastries. I had the focaccia and cold brew, and then I got some donuts as takeaway. Good vibes in the cafe. Also offering gluten free.

Nice and plenty of GF options but nothing insanely good

Hate to agree with another reviewer that they are offering a huge range which is visually tantalising but idk if anything is amazing..
To be fair the few times I’ve been I have mostly been sticking to GF items, so can’t say too much about the donuts/pastries/etc.
I like that basically the entire right fridge is GF cakes, and that several bagels have a GF option. But disappointed that it wasn’t a GF bagel, but some kind of ciabatta, it was alright, a bit dry, but fellow GF peeps will be well used to that struggle.
I feel like my chocolate mousse cake was too sweet, and just kinda underwhelming. As if I can just taste nuttelex in everything. At the end of the day I’m probably still gonna go to get cake at a 100% vegan cafe with my friends, but wouldn’t make a trip on my own.

Pros: Good amount of GF options, Huuuge range of sweet treats

Nothing outstanding or exceptional

They’re trying to do a lot here. They’re trying to cover a lot of different options for sweet treats and meals, but they’re not doing any of them incredibly well. Everything tastes good, and I keep going back, but nothing is outstanding.

Pros: Huge range , Regularly updated menu

Good Spot for Pastries & Coffee ☕

The pastries and drinks were really good, especially for a cozy brunch stop. The sandwiches weren’t my favorite, but everything else was solid.

Excellent sandwiches

I popped in for a Chef's brekky scrambled tofu, mushrooms with herbs and 2 slices of toasted sourdough bread finish that off with a wedge of pecan pie.
Definitely be back Sunday.
This shop I highly recommend for takeaway or eating outside.
Came back for brekky had a Philly sandwich delicious and Reese tart delicious.
Tried Sina's new summer menu, I had the Korean style seeded bun with shitake and tofu really my fav.

Great bagel menu

Came here for an early lunch. They’d released a new menu a couple of days ago. I had studied it before arriving and opted for the iced tiramisu latte and a chefs special bagel (pineapple, “pulled pork” made with mushrooms, rocket and mayo. The iced tiramisu was the perfect balance of coffee with the tiramisu on top. Very refreshing. The bagel was delicious. I liked that it was a seeded bagel. The mushrooms were very well prepared and I liked the pineapple with it too.

The pastries and cakes looked delicious but sadly I had no room for them. Lovely staff.

Amazing Vegan bakery, with some really good meal options too

Their sweets are really delicious, but I always come for the food, they have some prebaked savoury goods that are awesome for a snack and their food menu is always changing with delicious options

Really lovely staff, solid coffee, cute vibe inside as well😄

A MUST GO

If you want to go to one of the best bakeries and cafes in the world, look no further than Miss Sina. The food is always phenomenal (ESPECIALLY the bagels and the doughnuts), the staff are SO lovely (including the wonderful Sina herself), and the vibes are immaculate (there's the cutest mural of the cafe inside). I've been to Miss Sina dozens of times and the changing menu means there's always a new favourite to find.

An Absolute Gem for Vegan Treats and Eats

We’ve been coming to Miss Sina for the last few years and absolutely love it. Their cakes, pastries, and savoury treats are always spot on, especially the focaccias, which are hands down some of the best we’ve had. We’ve also been getting our birthday cakes from here and they’ve never disappointed. Only recently did we sit down for breakfast and tried the breakfast bagels-also delicious! It’s honestly such a gem. Miss Sina has been a go-to for us for a while now and continues to impress. One of the crown jewels of the Sydney vegan scene!

The best 😍

What’s not to love?! The cinnamon scroll is so delicious but I also love their bagels for a savoury snack. The staff are all so friendly and despite it getting quite busy the wait is never too long and always worth it.

Pros: All the food!, The friendly staff, Good vibes

Amazing!! so happy to finally try, though I got there in the afternoon so no savoury options available. Got the blueberry cheesecake doughnut and the rhubarb and they were both great, though Id get the rhubarb again if I had to pick

Yummy Baked Goods!

My friend and I missed the time slot for the kitchen availability so we didn’t get to try the food off the menu. The crookie, kunefe and cinnamon scrolls were also sold out. We tried some of the baked goods and they were divine. The pastry of the vegan sausage rolls and kimchi triangles were buttery and the filling was just right. My friend is a non vegan and she was amazed that the filling tasted like real pork sausage rolls. We were filled with just 2 pastry baked goods. If you enjoy the bitter but earthy taste of matcha then you’ll love their strawberry matcha. And if you’re looking for something refreshing to quench your thirst, you’ll love their yuzu lemonade! The chocolate mousse cake was just right, not overly sweet.

Looking forward to return try food from the menu ☺️

Finally got to try the kitchen menu stuff at Miss Sina however, we’ve missed out on the breakfast menu prior to The Bagel Era. The bagels 🥯 was the bomb dot com!! 🤤 It was crispy, buttery and full of flavour. The truffle mushroom bagel was divine and the buffalo chicken has a bit of a kick. Soy pandan coffee gives Vietnamese coffee vibes which I enjoy. Their brownies are always a great treat and the crème brûlée is more donut like with a creamy filling inside which was nice. We also came back for the Flour & Friends dinner and the pasta dishes was soooo delicious!!! The polenta chips was also a favourite of mine 😋. Miss Sina deserves an overall rating of 5 stars 🌟
