Very touristic, few vegan option - Edit
The place is very touristic with a few vegan option. Prices are in US dollars. I had a vegan quesadilla and it was ridiculously small and not that good. Honestly there are such of good other nice places in Negril, I won't bother to come here for food as a vegan. Very poor service.

Gorgeous location, delicious food - Edit
Miss Lily’s is located on the gorgeous white Sandy, turquoise water beach of Negril (part of the 7 mile beach). Enjoy a meal overlooking a stunning view. They have a full vegetarian menu listed on the website with a few clearly labeled vegan items (e.g. Ital Stew, pumpkin soup, calalloo). Some items can be made vegan upon request (e.g. salad/veggie plate). Not a lot of vegan options for breakfast. The Ital Stew was delicious. I stayed at the Skylark hotel and ordered the Ital Stew 3 times because I loved it so much. The cocktails are delicious too. They have soy or coconut milk options for coffee. The staff are super friendly and were knowledgeable regarding vegan options or modifications. You just can’t beat the view and atmosphere! Lovely experience.
