Innovative, cheap vegan options - Edit
Who would have guessed that this coffee shop would be serving some of the most interesting (and cheap) vegan options in town? They have weekly vegan specials that have included a "walking taco" with walnut meat, homemade biscuits and gravy, black pepper potato soup and more. All for under $7.

My biggest gripes are that they use crappy brands for their vegan milks and they don't have any vegan baked goods. If they upped their brands (Elmhurst and/or Oatly) and added homemade vegan baked goods, they'd be perfect.
