Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant and hotel located in the small village of Frabosa Soprana, in the Monregalese ski area, southwest of Cuneo. Vegetarian, vegan and macrobiotic menus must be reserved at least in the morning of the same day. Food is mostly local and organic. Vegan dishes include seitan and tofu, wholemeal cereals, wild herbs soups, baked pears, apples and peaches. Salad buffet. Vegetables are grown in their own garden. Pleasant views over the sorrounding mountains and woods. Dinner service starts at 7.30 pm. Closed in October and from April 15 to May 15.

Good, healthy food in the mountains - Edit
The restaurant is located inside a hotel, and you have to be there quite early because dinner is served at fixed times (usually 7.30 pm). Great care in the ingredient choice, all from organic farming, and in the use of whole grains and seasonal produce. Veggies come from the their own vegetable garden. Wholemeal bread and seitan are also made on their own.
