Good, healthy food in the mountains - Edit

The restaurant is located inside a hotel, and you have to be there quite early because dinner is served at fixed times (usually 7.30 pm). Great care in the ingredient choice, all from organic farming, and in the use of whole grains and seasonal produce. Veggies come from the their own vegetable garden. Wholemeal bread and seitan are also made on their own.
Il pane (integrale) viene prodotto in casa, cose come casalinga e la preparazione del seitan, particolarmente morbido e saporito. After a vegetable buffet as a starter, I had a rosemary risotto, and homemade seitan with stir-fried vegetables. As a dessert fresh fruit and baked pears.
Reservations required, especially for the vegan menu.

Pros: healthy cuisine
