All I had was delicious and I wish I could try more. Not many tables though, and the place is popular so better book if you want to sit inside.

Clearly one of the best, most creative vegan restaurants I’ve found. It had such good reviews we decided to go all out and have the six course tasting menu. Every plate was outstanding. From dumplings to bao to cucumber salad to kung pao tofu. Even the desert was creative: whole wheat dumplings with a carmelized sesame sauce. Service was great but a little pretentious.

Dumpling feast! - Edit
This restaurant is definitely a must try for the vegan Asian cuisine lover! I had the dumpling feast and felt it was a perfect amount for one person and a great way to get to try all the different dim sum that they had. On the pricier side but with the atmosphere and surrounding neighborhood, I am not surprised. I want to go back and try some of the other dishes now.

Z Best For Vegan Date Nite! - Edit
We came down from Tampa for the weekend and we’re so happy we found this place. The atmosphere feels trendy and fun but the food is the real star. Our waiter, Gazeem, was delightful and advised us to go with the Garden Tasting Menu, which was truly spectacular. Highly recommended!

Haven’t stopped thinking about cucumber salad - Edit
I got the tasting menu and the food kept coming, was blown away with flavors and textures but the cucumber salad stole the show. It has a numbing chili oil and tofu skins. The meal overall was probably the best meal I’ve ever had.

Went to MintyZ on a Sunday, and of course several delicious looking items were already sold out. The Dim Sum was delightful and very exquisitely served. wish I could have tried everything !

As I am an Asian food lover, I was excited to hit Minty Z’a prior to coming to Miami, especially since my fellow Happy Cow’ers gave great reviews. We braved south beach traffic and traveled about 45 minutes to get there—we’ll worth it!
Read moreWe ordered the Dumpling Feast, smashed cucumber salad, Massaman curry noodles, and lemon miso yu-Choy. Everything was super delicious, but the smashed cucumber salad was the best item in my opinion. The feast is a good place to start so you can try different things.
All in all, order everything until your heart is content. You will not regret it.

been wanting to come here for so long and it was so precious and delicious ! my favorite thing on the menu were the miso potstickers…they’re SO GOOODDDD. also loved the Brussel sprouts . The service was so cute everyone was so sweet. Would go back just to have the miso potstickers again :)

Worth the money, because they actually do deliver on the quality. I got takeout, so I can't say much about how the wait staff is, but I got a great impression from my pickup. Three in my party, and we shared, in the "Dim Sum" spirit. We got the following: The Dumpling Feast, Original Bao Buns, Kung Pao Tofu, and Pineapple Rice. Visually stunning, and taste to match, I can't wait to take my friends and family here. We were all well satisfied, but not stuffed, the portions are not huge. For how good the food was I wish I had gotten more.

Amazing Asian food in Coral Gables - Edit
So for my birthday, I wanted to try something different. I had heard about a small asian restaurant in Coral Gables called Minty Z. Decided to make the trip down there, and wow - am I glad I did. The owner, Minty, was our server and she was so amazingly nice and helpful with helping us choose from the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious! We had (pictures below):

I found a new beer I really like called Coedo - It's a Japanese dark beer and I wish I could have taken some home 🙂
Minty and her husband (former chef at Zuma) really have something special going on. We would definitely drive back here soon!!!!

The food, service, and atmosphere is unparalleled by any other 100% vegan restaurant I have ever been to. The food is delicious. I highly recommend the feast and seitan wings. The thai tea is also phenomenal and freshly brewed each day. This place is super new and in coconut grove near cocowalk. This is a must have for vegans and non-vegans alike. I brought a non-vegan here and they were blown away. Thank you to the staff at Minty Z for making such a great experience.

Minty Z was such an amazing find! Finding an all vegan restaurant in a city you’ve never been to before can be challenging. If you are in Miami, do yourself a favor and come eat at Minty Z’s. We came here 2 nights in a row because the food was so delicious. I would highly recommend the Dumpling Feast in order to try a lot of different options. Their Massuman noodles were also so delicious. The staff was incredible and so fun to chat with. I can’t recommend this place enough! Loved it!

Delicious mom and pop dim sum - Edit
Minty Z is very sweet. She runs the front of the house and her husband is the chef. We traveled far to check out this vegan dim sum place. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The cauliflower kimchi is one of the greatest things I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. I’m quite addicted. I can’t wait to come back and try everything. The sauce with the bao beignets was made from black sesame and salted caramel and was delicious as hell. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area or even if you’re not. It’s in a fun area with lots of cool spots too.

Finally. A vegan Asian restaurant with soooo much flavor and taste. We ordered seven different dishes to try. Highly recommend the massaman curry noodles as our favorite. Tofu skin peanut noodles were amazing. You must Have the avocado spring roll and the Brussels sprouts.
