Serves meat, vegan options available. Vegan dishes on the menu include avocado, tomato and spinach sandwich, vegetable spaghetti bolognese, mushroom stroganoff with pasta, mushroom lentil stew with spinach and veg curry All soups are vegan. Vegan smoothies made with coconut milk available as well as other milk alternatives. Also has vegan spread available for bread. Afternoon cream tea can be arranged if booked 3 days in advance. Delicious healthy food on Sheppey - Edit
Very cute restaurant in the best area of Sheppey. Super friendly owner and staff. Great vegan options and there is vegan mayonnaise and butter available. Nice strong coffee as well. So nice to have some quality food available on the island. The potato leek soup and spinach tomato avocado sandwich were both awesome. In the future it might be nice to see some tofu/tempeh etc on the menu.

I have eaten here twice now and both time really enjoyed my meal. Food is yummy and service is super friendly. A little hidden gem on the island. Look forward to going again.
