A great option for vegan breakfast in Trieste - Edit
The place has several vegan breakfast options, and, having tried all of them, they're certainly worth recommending. The particular highlights were pancakes (not often found outside vegan restaurants) and the homemade bread (there is also a gluten-free option for those who need it, although that one is less spectacular).

Woow! So good food we came back next day. Which we never do. - Edit
Restaurant which has two menus. One with poke bowls. But we went for the italian menu. The pasta with onion en cherry tomatoes was heavenly. And the ravioli with ricotta was also super nice. It's so good because it goes beyond the classical dishes which you can get everywhere. They also have side dishes which are mainly vegetables.

clasic italian dishes, unfortunately all vegetarian or with meat/fish. but nice vegan bowls, you can choose from a menu or build your own bowl. service is really friendly and the restaurant is very cosy!
