Best vegan rolled ice cream in Winnipeg! - Edit
Vegan options on the menu which includes dairy-free whip cream and choices of dairy-free mix-ins and toppings. Staff is super helpful with answering questions and will clean the machines before making your order for allergies. Great spot that’s open late and has seating inside and outdoors.
