The Bandeja Paisa was gigantic - the beans and plantains were great. The meat substitutes, however, were kind of dry and not very tasty. But the portion was so large that I went away very satisfied

Great vegan version of the traditional bandeja paisa. - Edit
One of the only places I have found where you have a full plate made for vegans, as opposed to having to ask to remove half of the stuff and paying the same. It was tasty and so filling! Also, right in front you can a coffee shop that offers almond milk at Café Quindío!

They did not have the vegetarian options on the menu avaliable, but the waiter offered us a variety of foods to try. I have no idea if that was a real dish or just side-dishes. Nonetheless it was very delicious.

A vegan bandeja paisa! - Edit
Living in Medellín I always craved a vegan bandeja paisa, here in Quindío I finally found it. The restaurant is spacious, the service very friendly, and they just have this one vegan dish. It was very tasty and creative, the made the chorizo out of chickpeas and the ribs of soy meat. We were very impressed!
