Yummy, simple daily menu - Edit
A little unclear on what the menu del día is supposed to entail, usually it has soup and a drink? This one didn’t come with either, and there doesn’t appear to be any vegan options looking at the menu so guess you just have to ask nicely and they’ll make you up a special plate. The staff member checked what type of drink we’d like, and we were charged extra for them (2 juices).

BUT, the plate ended up being really tasty overall, lots of different things on there. It was filling and good value, even despite paying extra for the drinks.

Yummy vegan platter - Edit
I asked for the veggie platter and was impressed, it was filling without being heavy. Broccoli was slightly over salted for my taste but it worked well with the other ingredients on the plate. Overall, I left happy.

Just 1 option, but it was good - Edit
One vegan option and one veganisable option. The plate of the day can be made without meat, but the beans are made with pigs feet so no legume option. We enjoyed the dish with sautéed veggies. Today (March 2024) we paid 15,000 and comes with a panela lemonade. I’m honestly wondering why Filandia doesn’t have any vegetarian or vegan places being as touristy as it is, but anyways, we’re grateful for options.
