Delicious sushi and nigiri - Edit
Very helpful staff. They have one roll and several nigiri that are vegan or can be made vegan. Staff also let us know that they can possibly make a vegan entree that is not listed. Great options for mocktails as well. Make sure to ask staff as some veg items are fried with fish for flavor.

Vegan tasting menu - Edit
Went for a friend’s birthday. Outstanding vegan tasting menu….those eating the traditional menu agreed! Impeccable presentation and taste. Have tried their traditional menu in the past…imho this was better as so much more creativity with vegetables and other proteins.
