Very Accommodating Chef - Edit
I would have marked as “good” because of chef but Happy Cow goes from “Fair” to “Very Good”

salad was very good but way too much dressing so would definitely ask for “light”’or on the side. The miso soup was excellent, full of flavor and tofu and seaweed. Pad thai was pretty bad, very heavy and gelatinous sauce with an overpowering sweet/sour flavor. My husband had the non vegan version and was the same. Neither one of us ate it and did not want replacements but while my husband was waiting on his dessert the chef went ahead and remade the vegan version with a lighter and tastier sauce and it was a huge improvement! Hopefully they’ll implement the new
version going forward. Nothing I would want to return for

Great vegan options in Bucerias - Edit
Very friendly, can make many dishes vegan on request. Sensitive to food allergies. Were able to make delicious dishes without oil if you want that. I did! Very fresh vegetables.
