I love that they delivered to my house, but didn’t realize it would be 3 days later, which was okay too. We ordered a taco, nachos, and Mac and cheese. All were okay.

I've been coming to Denver for the past couple of years and Migration Tacos is hands down the best place I've tried. We had plans to go elsewhere but after running into them outside of Nooch we had to give it a try, especially with the GABF themed taco. The tacos were so good we cancelled our other plans and got more tacos and some of the best mach and cheese I've had. On my next trip to denver, finding the truck will be my top priority.

Vegan Tacos and Mac n' Cheese! - Edit
We found Migration Taco through VegFest and are so glad we did. My favorite meal is the Barbecue Party Taco with Man N' Cheese. We like to follow them around to different breweries and enjoy a kombucha with our meal. Highly recommend!

Whoa. I was finally able to try food from these lovely folks today at Nooch and I only wish I'd been able to do so sooner. The tacos are incredibly delicious. I had the chorizo and the avocado and each was yummy for entirely different reasons - so many flavors it was like a taste explosion in my mouth.

So grateful to have this food truck as part of our Denver vegan community!
