Nice spot in Embajadores

They have a pretty decent range of vegan Argentinian empanadas. I popped in late a few minutes before closing the business and they had run of almost everything but there were a few tofu caprese and pisto & seitan empanadas left, so I took both home. They turned out really tasty and light. I'll definitely have to try the other two empanadas and also their vegan cupcake. So happy to see there are good vegan choices outside central Madrid.

Pros: Tasty and light empanadas, Inexpensive, nice helpful staff, opens till late

Cons: vegan not labelled - ask the staff, vegan choices in short supply
