Great tiny restaurant in a very nice and typical location. Food was very good. Portions were a bit small but after spending several days on holidays eating too much, we were so happy to eat less. Meals were very balanced with whole grains, legumes and fresh vegetables.
The owner is very friendly and gave us some advice about activities in the region.

Based in a picturesque little town (which seemed to also contain a gelateria with vegan options).
I had cumin soya spaghettini and my companion had a pumpkin and quinoa burger with beetroot Mayo. We both had fruit smoothies and everything was lovely.
It was empty at 7pm. Friendly staff, chilled-out ambience.
Pros: Everything vegan, Pretty setting, Relaxed atmosphere
Cons: Sit inside if there are flies about...

Little lovely vegan corner - Edit
Small and cool vegan eating corner in the heart of Cisternino. We ate here for lunch yesterday on our trip trough Puglia and we found excellent vegan food, friendly and smiling staff, peaceful and warming atmosphere. Two girls serving and cooking but service was good. Only few tables, better reserve before arriving.
