@missvegannl Please allow me to comment on your thoughts. The Apulian kitchen is originally mostly based on about 35 vegetables and therefore a perfect area for vegans. I agree however, that most places don't label the vegan options and often also on request, they don't know. Also many modern interpretations or dishes, that are not traditional are also not vegan. I can recommend Raparossa in Pezze di Greco. So many different options. I like Micro as well for it's simplicity and cuteness however.
