Fresh vegan options. Well worth stopping in. - Edit
The beans are fried in vegetable oil. The red mole doesn't have chicken stock. They went out of their way to accommodate us and stuffed the mole enchiladas with mushrooms. Vegetarians can eat potato stuffing that has butter. Everything is freshly prepared. It's just across from the mission. Very easy to find.

Ordered the banana stuffed Chile relleno and mushroom ceviche they were amazingly good, I went with my family and dad had the combinación mexicana he said it was something he’d expect from a traditional restaurant in Oaxaca not something you would find in a beach town in Baja it was that good, that included a Chile relleno, arrachera and mole enchiladas.

Cons: Place is not that big so might find a wait time.
