Wonderful Bread Shop - Edit
Merzbacher’s is a true Germantown gem! Not only are their breads phenomenal, but the owner and staff are incredibly lovely people! They do a lot for people suffering from food insecurity and often donate to the local food fridges. I am very thankful to have them in my community!

Amazing vegan bread - Edit
Merzbacher’s makes a variety of vegan breads that they sell directly at their bakery and in area stores. I got a loaf of their French Toast Loaf at Di Bruno Brothers grocery store, and it was amazing. It made the best vegan French toast I’ve ever had. We weren’t able to make it to their location in Germantown, unfortunately. After we got back from our trip to Philly, I wished I had bought a whole bunch of different loaves and brought them back on the plane.
