We have been here numerous times now and I know that we will eat good food. The ingredients are seasonal and fresh and Bio. The summer rolls are delicious, the jalapeño sushi (or something similarly named) is a must, the juices and smoothies are great and then there's the cakes! If you are able to get the lunch special it's a set price for the daily main with a juice and you can pay extra to have tofu, tofu strips or tempeh on top.

They offer a great range of flavourful dishes and homebaked cakes. Everything has great quality, and the owners are ethical vegans. The seating area is small but cozy. Prices are above 16€ for a regular noodle dish, but portions are big and I was full after half a portion and took the rest as takeaway

I liked the meal but it wasn’t anything special. Also, they messed up my order a little bit and there’s only 3 raw vegan mains available and one raw v sushi. No desserts🥲🙄

While it’s mostly easy to get vegan food in any Asian restaurant (well, depends I guess…), places with a completely vegan menu are still relatively scarce (outside of Berlin that is). Mei Wok in Cologne Ehrenfeld is one of those places, going for some years now and my go-to-spot for authentic, delicious Vietnamese/Asian cuisine. The menu‘s not to big, the food is super tasty (the fried udon noodles with tofu, man bury me in it!), the homemade drinks rule and then there’s also a fine selection of vegan cakes and tiramisu. I had a springsummer roll with tempeh, a small cup of ricenoodle soup and a delicious meal with fried veggies in a fantastic spicy homemade peanut butter sauce. Heaven! The whole athmosphere is so friendly. Next time I will taste the raw options. You can choose between white and brown rice. Many smoothies and bio beer. Perfect!

The restaurant has a wide range of Asian dishes that are freshly prepared and of organic quality. However, it is also a bit more expensive. I especially liked the vegan dessert. The staff was very friendly.

I like that they serve different types of noodles and rice and one can choose the toppings: tofu or tempeh. They also have summerrolls and soups and vegan desserts! I had a dish with peanut, vegetables and rice and it was delicious!!

We expected better quality and freshly prepared Wok food. We were very disappointed. It looked like fast food and it tasted accordingly. Greasy noodles or fried rice with very little vegetables that were cooked to death.

In addition to the standard menu they offer a saisonal card with great variety. I chose one of the summer rolls as a starter and for the mains the green curry with rice - I didn’t regret my choice.

For dessert I got the tiramisu, not the best vegan tiramisu I think but the vegan mascarpone cream tasted great.
They also had 5 different kinds of cake, but whenever you get tiramisu there’s no second guess…

gute qualität, aber finde alles immer einen ticken zu lang gekocht und nicht sehr erfrischend oder knackig, alles schmeckt wirklich sehr „gesund“. mag diesen übertriebenen öko vibe nicht so und finde dafür die gestaltung viel zu lieblos: schönes geschirr und einrichtung würde ziemlich aufwerten.

Ein außergewöhnlich gutes, veganes Restaurant mit asiatischer Küche. Überwiegend gibt es verschiedene Arten von Curry, die immer mit saisonalen und regionalen Produkten frisch zubereitet werden. Dadurch finden auch Gemüse wie Wirsing ihren Weg in ein Thai Curry, was super spannend ist, da es immer eine gewisse Abwechslung bringt.
