C’est une excellente expérience si vous souhaitez découvrir à la fois la nourriture vegan/végétarienne, et la culture vietnamienne.
Et si vous venez à deux, n’hésitez pas à tester le Duo qui inclut différentes entrées plats et desserts à partager.
Petite préférence pour la soupe au saté et le gâteau de riz soufflé (vous ne serez pas déçus ;)

Wir hatten eine Pho mit Ananas und einen Reisnudelsalat. Zum Nachtisch gab es sehr leckeren warmen Reiskuchen und Klebreis mit Kokoseis. Alle waren super nett. Schöne Terrasse zum draußen sitzen!

We had the vietnamese crepes as starter, and the pho soup and marmite as main.
Read moreFor dessert, we got the one with banana and coconut milk, and the one with sticky rice.
Everything was delicious and authentic. Portions could have been larger so having a starter was a good idea.
The service was friendly although it was very busy (reservations are highly recommended).
Some things to improve though:
- Indicating what's vegan on the menu. It seems pretty much everything is "veganizable" but it's not clear what's vegan by default. So, you need to confirm when ordering.
- Manage the atmosphere better when it's busy. At some moment I had the feeling that the staff really wanted me to leave, even though I hadn't even ordered desserts yet. I understand the place is not that big and you want more customers; but you also need to let people enjoy their time at the restaurant.
Pros: good food, friendly service
Cons: not all vegan, doesn't label vegan, felt pressured to leave asap

The bright, zen decor takes us on a gustatory journey to Vietnam, a former French colony, where some of the dish names are reminiscent of our language.
The menu offers
- For starters, ravioli, egg rolls and Vietnamese pancakes. The ravioli dipped in sauce were delicious.
- Main courses include rice vermicelli with vegan minced meat and egg rolls, vegetable broth, stir-fried pasta and grilled cutlets marinated in coconut milk. I really enjoyed the grilled cutlets, with their homemade sauce.
- For dessert, bananas with tapioca pearls, coconut milk and peanuts, and a homemade fruit salad are available in a vegan version.
The tapioca pearl bananas were very good.
Vietnamese coffee is a must-try, as Vietnam is the world's largest producer of robusta coffee or Coffea canephora. In 2012, the country overtook Brazil as the world's leading coffee exporter.
With a hint of cocoa, it has a very distinctive taste.
The welcome was very pleasant, and the cleanliness of the place was an important point that I appreciated.
In short, a soothing place where you can enjoy refined Vietnamese specialities in a vegan version, which is quite rare to find in Ile de France since the disappearance of the Vietnam in Paris restaurant!

Hands down the best vegan restaurant I went to in Paris! easy to access thanks to the metro lines, it is always a pleasure to go to Mây Bay. The vietnamese food is the most amazing, the setting is just as delightful and the waiters are the nicest. I would recommend this place for any asian food lovers / vegetarians / vegans !

Went here to dinner. Even though we specifically said that we were vegan, we got served non vegan items. Unfortunately I realised this a bit late and ended up with a toilet emergency and a guilty feeling. So if you’re vegan, don’t just say you are vegan but say “so that means no eggs, no milk, no animal products” specifically… we assumed they knew what vegan is but apparently not…

L'option vegan et végétarienne est très intéressante et si vous vous posez des question vis à vis de la quantité n'ayez crainte, leur repas sont généreux et complet.
Je finirais enfin sur l'équipe qui est très accueillante et professionnelle.
Manger à Mây bay fut une expérience agréable et rafraîchissante, que ce soit en famille, avec des amis, des collègues ou même seule je vous recommande ce restaurant !

I had a really nice lunch here today. I had pho and an appetizer and both were really nice. Nice flavor and they offered a spicier sauce upon request. The staff were also super friendly. Only downside was that it was a bit pricey.

Je suis allée à Mây Bay le premier samedi de l'ouverture. Premier constat, le personnel est extrêmement accueillant. L'endroit est également très joli. J'ai mangé des nems et des raviolis qui étaient très bons, ainsi qu'un dessert à la banane et au lait de coco délicieux. Le pho est également vegan et il avait l'air très bon .
Pour le moment, beaucoup de plats principaux sont végétariens et non pas vegans, ce qui est dommage, d'autant plus que rien n'est labellisé donc difficile de le savoir. Mais la propriétaire m'a dit que cela allait être modifié prochainement, donc à voir ! Globalement satisfaite de ce premier essai, je reviendrai pour voir les évolutions 😄

Je suis retournée dans ce restaurant et ai eu une expérience très plaisante ! Les options veganes sont clairement notées, la carte est alléchante avec beaucoup de choix (quasi tout est véganisable). Ce n'est pas le meilleur restaurant asiatique que je connaisse mais la nourriture reste bonne. Les prix sont un peu élevés mais pas abusifs non plus. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

I went to Mây Bay the first Saturday of their opening. First thing to say is that the waiters are extremely kind. The place itself is also very pretty. I went for the nems and the raviolis and found them very good. As a dessert I got banana with coconut cream and it was very tasty. The phô seemed very nice too. Most of the main courses aren't vegan though, which is a bit disappointing, and you cannot know it right away because nothing is labeled as vegetarian or vegan. But the owner told me they will change it. So I'm overall satisfied with this first try and will come back soon to see how it evolves 😄

Went back there and had a very pleasing experience. Super friendly staff, clearly labelled vegan options, nice menu. Not the best viet restaurant in my opinion but the food is good anyways. Will go back for sure!
